SPACEPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST The role of a Spaceport Operations Specialist is to provide leadership for housing accommodations, hotel operations, transportation, site amenities, and customer service. You will help develop and implement effective customer service strategies and training programs. Duties include coordinating service operations, monitoring and motivating staff, ensuring excellent customer service, engaging with guests and residents, hiring and developing talent, ensuring the team is current with all mandatory company trainings, scheduling and payroll, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new staff, and setting and upholding customer service principles. The Spaceport Operations Specialist will support the mission by providing a foundation of excellent customer service and quality living and visiting accommodations that boost morale and productivity within SpaceX.
