BUSINESS ANALYST, WORKFORCE PLANNING (STARLINK) The Sr. Business Analyst, Workforce Planning (Starlink) leads proactive workforce planning and optimization, with a strong focus on managing demand volatility. This role uses short- and long-term strategies to help the organization scale efficiently while protecting customer experience and service levels.
