SUPERVISOR, FACILITIES MAINTENANCE, SOLAR CELL FACTORY (STARLINK) At SpaceX, we are building the next generation of space infrastructure to enable large-scale AI data centers in orbit. These platforms demand massive amounts of reliable, high-efficiency solar power. To deliver it, we are standing up one of the largest solar cell manufacturing facilities in the world. We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to own the reliability of the central utility plant, gas farm, chemical systems, HVAC, power, and wastewater infrastructure that keep high-volume production running. This role leads the maintenance teams that prevent downtime, drive root-cause fixes, and ensure the factory systems supporting SpaceX’s orbital AI vision stay online.
