SUPERVISOR, SECURITY PROTECTIVE OPERATIONS CENTER Effectively oversee the daily management of the Hawthorne SPOC team to keep facilities and employees safe, secure, and operational. In the absence of the Security Manager, handle administrative duties and attend meetings as needed. Facilitate the duties of SPOC Operators and ensure SPOC standards & requirements are being met. Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors ensure all requests and duties are fulfilled. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
