You’ll join the Europe Growth team within the Markets & Subscriptions organisation, focused on bringing Spotify to more listeners across the region. This team sits at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and commercial strategy, working closely with local market teams to grow both free and Premium users. In this role, you’ll own growth across the UK, Ireland, and Netherlands-shaping strategy, running experiments, and turning insights into action that drives meaningful impact.
