Who You Are • You have experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-moving, complex organization. • You build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders and are comfortable constructively challenging thinking and processes when it leads to better hiring decisions. • You can translate business priorities into clear and practical talent strategies. • You communicate with clarity and empathy and can adapt your approach to different audiences and situations. • You know how to manage competing priorities while maintaining a thoughtful and high-quality stakeholder experience. • You use data, market insight, and human judgment to anticipate needs, inform decisions and influence. • You care deeply about equitable and inclusive hiring and look for ways to build fairness into recruiting processes. • You are collaborative, curious, and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity. Where You'll Be • This role is based in Singapore. • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best ! There will be some in-person meetings but it still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come to the office 3 times per week.
