Our AI agents complete that work end to end: handling claims, policy changes, billing, and servicing across insurance systems. Backed by Y Combinator and leading investors, Strada already automates more than 5M customer interactions for insurers, TPAs, and brokers representing $20B+ in annual premiums. Our ambition is to make entire insurance operations run on AI. We’re a small team with a substantial head start and much more to build. Joining now means owning core parts of the platform and helping define how an enormous industry operates. The Role We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join us in-person at our Toronto office. You'll work at the forefront of agentic AI, developing, evaluating, and deploying systems that handle complex insurance work end-to-end. As a senior full-stack engineer, you'll have significant ownership and work closely with customers to build products they'll love.
