About the team Stripe’s GTM Planning and Central Operations team partners with Sales leadership, Finance, Product, Regional Sales Strategy and Operations, and Data Engineering to build the operational processes, tools, policies, and data required to bring our GTM strategy to life. We bring expertise, rigorous thinking, and a user-first approach to problem-solving. We transform, improve, and support Stripe’s global business processes to drive critical initiatives and other cross-functional priorities throughout the sales planning cycle. What you’ll do Build and lead a team of full-time employees and outsourced Sales Operations experts focused on improving our customer data. You will partner with GTM leadership to understand data gaps and address them through processes, policies, and workflows. Who you are We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements • 7+ years of experience in sales strategy and operations in a high-growth technology environment, or operational experience in management consulting. • Ability to take ownership of problems, investigate their root causes, and ensure execution. • Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate. • An enthusiastic, hands-on mentality and willingness to contribute as an individual contributor while leading a team. • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex business problems. • Ability to work effectively with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
