About the team The Platform Sales team is a highly consultative, enterprise sales team that is responsible for some of Stripe’s largest and fastest growing partners. As a Platform Sales Manager, you will play a critical role on our go-to-market leadership bench-- leading a team of AEs to make payments-as-a-service a competitive advantage for high-growth organizations. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements • 12-15+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience • 3-5+ years of people management experience • Ability to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team • Ability to articulate complex, technical concepts and translate them into business-relevant terms • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills Preferred qualifications • Thrives in fast-paced settings with a high-level of autonomy and can create clarity and structure • A knack for working well with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally • Experience scoping and managing strategic projects with input from cross-functional teams • Prior experience in financial services, the payments industry, or with the card networks
