Who you are Minimum requirements Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience in Software Engineering. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience in Software Engineering. Must also have 3 years of experience in each of the following: • Programming languages including Java, Ruby, Python and Go; • Building scalable and reliable backend services, webhooks and public-facing APIs; • Designing, building, and deploying distributed backend services in a production environment, including handling concurrency, fault tolerance, and service reliability at scale; • Working with relational databases in Postgre SQL, MySQL or NoSQL data stores, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling for high-throughput workloads; • Stream processing or event-driven architectures in Kafka, Kinesis, or equivalent, including producing, consuming, and reliably processing high-volume data streams; • Translate product and engineering requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable system designs, including defining service boundaries, failure modes, and observability strategies; • Building automated systems or tooling to instrument, measure, and evaluate the end-to-end customer experience of digital products, including test automation frameworks, signal collection pipelines, or quality evaluation workflows; • Developing interactive frontend components, dashboards, or data reports using React and D3.js to visualize customer behavior, product metrics, and operational signals in real time. Salary: $235,090- $285,600/yr This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions / sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary. 40 hrs/week 50% Telecommuting Permitted. Multiple Positions Available.
