Team description Our People Operations team keeps the essentials of the employee experience running smoothly across Brazil and Chile, from a new hire's first day through to the benefits that support them every day. The São Paulo team is going through an exciting shift, replacing manual, fragmented work with smarter, automated processes, so there's real room here to build better systems rather than just maintain old ones. As the person owning onboarding and benefits for Brazil, the work shapes how every new SumUpper starts their journey and how existing employees experience their day to day wellbeing, with the chance to also support the Chile team as shared processes come online.
