Join Ironwall, a B2B/B2G private data removal service helping businesses and public sector organizations reduce their employees’ private data exposure and protect their identity. As Engineering Manager, you'll lead the engineering team responsible for building and scaling the product. You'll combine people leadership, technical decision-making, and close collaboration with Product and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer outcomes. Technical leadership: - Guide architectural and technical decisions; - Partner with senior engineers to build a secure, scalable, and maintainable product; - Balance feature delivery with technical debt and service reliability; - Promote engineering best practices and high code quality. Product & delivery: - Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to define priorities and roadmap; - Translate business needs into engineering initiatives and communicate trade-offs; - Drive planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous process improvement; - Ensure the team delivers secure, reliable, and high-quality software. ABOUT YOU: We're looking for a technical leader who enjoys building products as much as building teams. You have: - A strong software engineering background with experience building production systems; - The technical depth to contribute to architecture and technical decisions; - Experience leading engineering teams in a product environment; - A track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing engineers; - Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and stakeholders; - The ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic delivery; - Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Bonus points: - Experience building B2B SaaS products; - Experience in cybersecurity, privacy, or data protection; - Experience scaling engineering teams or distributed systems.
