Role Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior SDET, Compliance to play a critical role in ensuring the quality, security, and regulatory reliability of Symphony’s compliance-driven solutions across both backend and frontend systems. At Symphony, compliance is foundational. It means operating under strict regulatory, security, and data-governance requirements for financial institutions and other regulated industries. This includes secure call records, robust encryption, strict access controls, comprehensive audit logging, data-privacy protections (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), and adherence to industry certifications and audit standards. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will design and build automated compliance validation frameworks, define and evolve compliance testing strategies, and integrate quality deeply into our development lifecycle. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure compliance is not an afterthought, but a built-in capability of our platform.
