In this role, you will manage training logistics, maintain competency records, and oversee documentation standards that support safe, efficient, and reliable satellite operations. You will collaborate across departments to ensure training content and documentation reflect current systems, processes, and best practices. The SatOps Training Coordinator also manages other SatOps Documentation; playing a key role in strengthening SatOps segment documentation library.  This includes ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and tracked. This position is essential to supporting Telesat’s commitment to operational excellence and the successful deployment of next‑generation satellite technologies.
