We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help build the next generation of AI-driven program execution at Tenstorrent. The right candidate will turn fragmented signals into clear decisions, manual workflows into scalable automations, and business logic into agentic solutions. The role sits on our Agentic TPM team and is designed for a self-directed leader who can identify opportunities independently, structure ambiguous work into concrete programs, and drive implementation. We welcome candidates at either the Staff or Senior Staff level. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level. Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
