The Technical Program Manager will drive the end-to-end execution of next-generation SoCs, from early architecture through RTL, verification, DFT, physical design, tape-out, and post-silicon validation. This role requires strong technical depth in silicon development alongside program management expertise to ensure successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects. This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
