Overview We are seeking experienced traveling mechanical professionals to support current and upcoming outage and project work across nuclear, power generation, and industrial facilities. These hands-on roles support the maintenance, repair, installation, and overhaul of critical mechanical equipment, including rotating equipment, pumps, valves, piping systems, and turbines. Typical backgrounds we’re looking for: • Millwrights (Turbine / Rotating Equipment) • Turbine Mechanic & Technician • Mechanical Technicians • Rotating Equipment Mechanics • Pump Mechanics & Technicians • Valve Technicians • Pipefitters • Steamfitters • Mechanical Maintenance Technicians This Role Is a Fit If You Have • Experience in nuclear power plants or supporting nuclear outage environments (strongly preferred) • Experience in fossil power generation or heavy industrial environments (also considered) • Hands-on experience maintaining, repairing, installing, or overhauling rotating equipment, pumps, valves, piping systems, or turbine components • Experience working in highly regulated, safety-critical environments with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and established procedures • Ability to read mechanical drawings, work packages, and technical procedures • Willingness to travel for outage and project-based assignments throughout the United States EEO Statement The Nuclear Company is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an environment of inclusion in the workplace.
