We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Compliance Audit Associate to join our team during a period of rapid global expansion. In this role, you will serve as a primary line of defence, ensuring the rigorous application of our compliance policies and procedures across all international offices. As a key member of a dynamic, high-performing team, you will conduct internal audits of the entire consultation lifecycle-from initial expert vetting to client interaction-to mitigate risk and uphold the industry-leading standards that define the Third Bridge compliance framework. Please Note: This is an internal Compliance Audit role within a non-regulated organization, focused on assessing adherence to the company’s compliance framework, identifying design and control gaps, and investigating instances of potential non-compliance.
