Job description

Tasks • Identify and develop new business opportunities to support market growth in Germany. • Provide ongoing market support to distributors and sales partners. • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and business partners. • Support the planning and execution of local business development initiatives. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy. • Collaborate with regional and headquarters teams to align on market support strategy. • Support distributor onboarding, training, and engagement activities. • Assist in organizing local events, promotions, and business development campaigns. • Track and report on business development activities and market performance. • Support the local team with market research and business planning. • Contribute to the development of local go-to-market strategies. • Perform other business development and market support tasks as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. • 2–4 years of experiencein in business development and market support, or a similar role, preferably within the direct selling / MLM industry. • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. • Basic understanding of distributor networks and the local market environment. • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus. • Excellent speaking and writing in German and English languages; additional languages are an advantage.
