YOUR MISSION True Anomaly is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Electrical Analyst to lead worst-case circuit analysis (WCCA) and derating activities across our spacecraft hardware programs. In this role, you will work closely with design engineers and subject matter experts to ensure our electrical systems meet rigorous military and industry standards, from early design through qualification and release. You bring deep analytical expertise, hands-on experience with advanced test and measurement equipment, and the ability to identify and resolve complex electrical issues with precision and clarity. As a senior contributor, you will also mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement of our electrical analysis processes and practices. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance • Work Location: Successful candidates will be located near our Centennial, CO or Long Beach, CA locations. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site. • Work environment is in a standard office, working at a desk or in a production factory. • Physical demands may include frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting or carrying items up to 20lbs.
