YOUR MISSION True Anomaly is looking for you, a frontline operational resource responsible for day-to-day PLM administration, user support, and system maintenance. Ensures smooth operations, manages license allocation, and provides first-line technical support. Combines foundational Teamcenter and xCAD experience with strong customer service orientation. This role offers significant growth opportunity to develop deep PLM expertise RESPONSIBILITIES • Be a positive and primary source of support for users interacting with Teamcenter, facilitating their needs • Manage daily user accounts, permissions, and technical support via ticketing system; triage and escalate complex issues • Conduct user training and onboarding; document support interactions and maintain knowledge base • Monitor and manage license allocation (Teamcenter, NX, SolidWorks, Simcenter); track usage patterns and identify bottlenecks • Generate usage reports with optimization recommendations; coordinate vendor relationships for renewals and troubleshooting • Perform basic Teamcenter configuration using BMIDE; monitor environment health and execute maintenance tasks • Track performance metrics; coordinate with IT on infrastructure issues; maintain documentation and runbooks • Identify recurring issues and propose improvements; participate in upgrade planning and testing; develop PLM expertise • Support develop and maintain standard CAD libraries QUALIFICATIONS • 1-3 years PLM administration, IT support, or related technical role with Teamcenter exposure • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent practical experience with technical training • Siemens Teamcenter certification or equivalent; hands-on Teamcenter and Active Workspace experience; BMIDE configuration familiarity • CAD systems (NX or SolidWorks); license management tools (FlexLM, RLM); basic SQL for database queries • Windows/Linux knowledge; CAD/PLM concepts; ticketing systems; basic scripting exposure (PowerShell, Python, Bash) • Excellent customer service with patience and positive attitude; strong communication skills; self-motivated learner • Effective prioritization and time management; detail-oriented with strong documentation habits • Collaborative team player; adaptable to fast-paced environments PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Aerospace/defense/regulated manufacturing background; BOM structures and change management understanding; Jira/Confluence experience; customer support experience; ITIL foundation COMPENSATION • Base Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.
