YOUR MISSION We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Engineer to support the design, planning, and execution of test campaigns for aerospace defense systems. You will work closely with engineers, program managers, and technical teams to ensure that systems meet performance, environmental, and mission-critical requirements. In this role, you will develop test plans, execute tests, collect data, analyze results, and ensure that the systems meet all specifications. COMPENSATION • Base Salary: $120,000-$195,000 • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.
