- Track record of building or modernizing finance processes and systems
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment
- High judgment, attention to detail, and comfort navigating ambiguity

- Exposure to crypto, fintech, infrastructure, or security-focused businesses

Job description
Your role As the Head of Finance at Turnkey, you will own and lead the finance function end-to-end, partnering closely with the COO, CEO, and executive team to ensure the company’s financial foundation scales with the business. You will be the senior financial leader responsible for building durable, audit-ready systems while also acting as a strategic thought partner-translating complex financial realities into clear guidance for decision-making. This is a hands-on builder role for a seasoned operator who is excited to design finance for a fast-growing, usage-based infrastructure company.
