You will provide support for commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, Twitch esports productions, and various marketing activations. This role is an excellent opportunity to join Twitch’s close-knit legal team, build relationships with counterparts at Amazon legal, and have fun tackling the complex issues of our user community. You can work from San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA or Seattle, WA. You Will: • Draft and negotiate agreements for software, SAAS, advertising, production, talent, content, marketing and other commercial transactions. • Counsel our teams on many legal and business issues, including rights and clearances. • Coordinate with diverse partners, including esports, procurement, business development, partnerships, marketing, sales, and finance. • Collaborate with legal team members to improve processes and ensure business demands are satisfied. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
