You'll help coordinate projects, improve processes, and ensure teams stay aligned while gaining practical experience across production, procurement, and testing activities. Your Roadmap to make an Impact • Support cross-functional projects by gathering, consolidating, and maintaining project data, ensuring clear visibility of progress, open tasks, and potential risks. • Coordinate with production, procurement, and program teams to follow up on open topics, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders. • Assist in improving operational processes by identifying inefficiencies, contributing ideas, and supporting the implementation of scalable solutions. • Provide hands-on support in the preparation, coordination, and execution of test campaigns. • Contribute to strategic operations projects, including the development of scalable test planning and verification frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives across the Operations team. • Help maintain project documentation, track action items, and support reporting to ensure timely project delivery. • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Structured and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams. • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to take ownership and follow up on open topics. • Genuine Interest in operations, manufacturing, testing, and continuous process improvement. • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
