Understand the product surface end to end and how customers actually use it.   60 Day: Own an ambiguous problem area outright. Partner closely with engineering and product to turn it into a clear direction, and ship high-quality work quickly and iteratively.   90 Day: Contribute novel ideas and patterns that help define how AI-native workflows should work in practice.
