We need someone who can own that surface end-to-end and raise the bar on craft. - Our marketing and sales teams are constantly shipping content, but design has been stretched thin and reactive. We need a dedicated senior designer who can build reusable systems (templates, components, guidelines) so the rest of the company can move fast without sacrificing quality. - VapiCon is one of the biggest bets we're making this year to bring our developer and customer community together in person, and it needs a design owner who can carry it from concept to on-site execution. What You’ll Do: - 30 Days: Ramp up on Vapi's brand guidelines, voice, and existing asset library. Meet with marketing, sales, and events stakeholders to understand current pain points and pipeline.
