The Role Join Veeva as we transform Environmental Health and Safety by building the purpose-built EHS application for Life Sciences and regulated industries. Veeva Systems drives innovation by reducing risk, increasing operational efficiency, and bringing shopfloor-to-boardroom transparency to our customers.   In this role, you will lead a Professional Services team of EHS and Vault Platform experts, driving Customer Success. You are a key people manager in a product-first company, responsible for leading a team that excels in software implementation delivery while making deployments faster, more accurate, and tech-enabled.   Managing with a relentless focus on Implementation Excellence and Operational Excellence includes: Driving Employee & Customer Success: Hiring, coaching, and developing top-tier talent who take pride in their work and operate with speed, focus, and humility Building Modern Delivery Practices: Accelerating our 2030 Services Vision by enforcing prescriptive packaged solutions, automated tools, and standardized best practices Executing Cross-Functional Synergy: Partnering closely across the EHS Cross-Team (Strategy, Product Management, and Sales) to support Key Deals, ensure success on Key Projects (early adopters), and feed real-world project feedback back into core product design Establishing Long-Term Value: Building trusted executive relationships that transition customers seamlessly from initial go-live into a steady-state operating model
