Job description
Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization and pioneer in industry cloud, helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. As one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in history, we surpassed $3B in revenue in our last fiscal year with extensive growth potential ahead. At the heart of Veeva are our values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed. We're not just any public company – we made history in 2021 by becoming a public benefit corporation (PBC), legally bound to balancing the interests of customers, employees, society, and investors. As a Work Anywhere company, we support your flexibility to work from home or in the office, so you can thrive in your ideal environment. Join us in transforming the life sciences industry, committed to making a positive impact on its customers, employees, and communities. The Role As a Senior Consultant at Veeva, you will help major pharmaceutical and biotech companies organize and manage their customer and product data. You will design and implement Veeva Network MDM to give clients a single, accurate view of their doctors, hospitals, and business partners across multiple sources. You will act as the lead solution architect and project driver. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, design the system setup, and lead a small internal team of technical specialists to build and deliver the solution on time. How You Will Spend Your Time 50% Data Analysis & Solution Design: Meeting with clients, analyzing their data needs, and designing how the software should be set up. 30% Technical Architecture: High-level platform configuration, mapping data flows, and making sure integrations work correctly. 20% Project Leadership: Keeping projects on schedule, managing risks, and coaching junior team members.
