The Role Veeva Link Key People provides deep KOL data to improve engagement with scientific, digital, and clinical leaders. Your mission as a Senior Lead is to be the operational backbone of our curation efforts. You will guide and lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers who do rule-based web research. You will design the production processes of tomorrow, driving the technological improvements that elevate our efficiency and data quality. What You'll Do • Lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers • Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects • Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team • Own your team’s KPIs and its performance • Collaborate with engineering teams on process automation • Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously Requirements • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment • Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization • Previous experience mentoring junior team members, leading projects, or managing teams • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, international environment Nice to Have • Connection with life sciences (education or professional experience) Interviewing with Veeva We value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
