Our market structure expertise, broad diversification, and execution technology enables us to provide competitive bids and offers in over 19,000 securities, at over 235 venues, in 36 countries worldwide THE ROLE Our ETF Traders are responsible for the design, operation, and improvement of high‐performance algorithmic trading strategies deployed on both electronic trading venues and RFQ trading platforms around the world. Our ETF traders also build and manage relationships with issuers and other trading partners. This team works closely with software engineers to enhance and further develop the firm’s trading strategies. We are looking to significantly expand our market presence in China, Korea and Taiwan. THE CANDIDATE • The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3+ years’ ETF experience trading in China, Korea or Taiwan. • Has strong understanding of derivative products and managing risk. • Superb mathematical and analytical skills. • Is experienced in programming and automation – Python and SQL a plus. • Has deep knowledge and execution capabilities across Chinese, Korean or Taiwan ETF markets. • Can Identify new business opportunities and cultivate new and existing client relationships in this region. • Is based in Singapore, or open to relocation. THE PROCESS After passing an application screening, candidates will be sent an online programming test via email from a service called HackerRank as a first step of the process. This is to gain an understanding of the candidates coding ability.
