  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and highly collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and implement key activities
  • Excellent communication and superior analytical skills, meticulous in following-up, able to deliver results under pressure, and keen presentation skills
  • Experience in partner management, account management or relationship building.

The Waymo Driver powers Waymo’s fully autonomous ride-hail service and can also be applied to a range of vehicle platforms and product use cases. The Waymo Driver has provided over ten million rider-only trips, enabled by its experience autonomously driving over 100 million miles on public roads and tens of billions in simulation across 15+ U.S. states. The Business Development and Partnerships team helps plan Waymo's dynamic future and drive the company's go-to-market strategy. We work cross-functionally and leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to build forward-looking partnerships that deliver on Waymo's strategic business objectives. As a member of this entrepreneurial and results-oriented team, you will have a significant impact on defining, developing and executing critical services that enable Waymo's commercial deployment. The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Waymo employees are also eligible to participate in Waymo’s discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
