The role Own the roadmap for Wayve’s development and experimentation vehicle platforms-where software, hardware, and operations meet to make rapid iteration possible. You’ll partner across engineering, program management, and internal teams to turn platform requirements into scalable capabilities that accelerate experiments, data collection, and deployments. This is a hands-on, high-trust role focused on making smart tradeoffs and delivering platforms that enable Wayve’s priorities (and, where relevant, customer programs) to move faster and more reliably. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
