Job description

Seeking a Sr. Analytic Developer to support the exciting Access Discovery & Tradecraft mission, where you'll develop cutting-edge analytic capabilities, automate analyst workflows, and build next-generation software that enables mission success. This is an opportunity to work alongside mission analysts and data scientists to rapidly prototype, deploy, and transition innovative capabilities into operational use. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph). Capabilities • Partner directly with analysts and mission stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities to improve data discovery and analytic tradecraft. • Gather and document user stories and use cases, facilitate technical discussions, and translate mission needs into innovative software solutions. • Design and prototype applications that automate manual processes, streamline data workflows, improve information dissemination, and accelerate analyst productivity. • Support the transition of successful prototypes into sustainable operational capabilities while helping modernize mission processes through advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
