We are committed to hiring the best of the best, and in return, we offer a world-class, truly unique employee experience that is rare within our industry.   Conducting advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information; maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis; developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets; identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps; employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints; applying knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies; mentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.   Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development. Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing Agency tools. Can task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts. Able to evaluate leads for tasking and able to use appropriate tasking authorities. Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing. Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection. Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.   Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
