Job description

ABOUT YOU We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who is customer-service oriented, proactive, and highly organized to join our Corporate IT team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own IT operations end-to-end for our Berlin office - from employee onboarding and equipment setup to managing our core internal systems and being the first point of contact for anyone who needs help. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential, along with experience in IT support, systems administration, and hands-on hardware/software maintenance. The ability to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt to shifting demands in a dynamic environment will be key to your success in this role. If you're passionate about solving problems and keeping people productive and love being part of a global gaming commerce company that helps developers bring their games to players around the world, we would love to hear from you!
