Use Tropic to support price benchmarking for software renewals and new purchases, flagging market intelligence to the team during the negotiation process.
For all software purchases, confirm that Tropic has been used for price benchmarking per Yext's purchasing policy.
Act as first-line support for internal procurement inquiries - triage tickets, answer process questions, and escalate contract or legal matters to the appropriate team member.
Guide internal requestors through the full purchasing lifecycle: sourcing, vendor selection, CRF submission, contract review, PO creation, and invoice matching.

3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
Demonstrated proficiency in Coupa from day one. Candidates must have practical experience handling Requisitions, Purchase Orders (POs), CRF workflows, Supplier Management, Reporting, and foundational Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
Demonstrated familiarity with SaaS management platforms (Tropic, Spendflo, Vendr, Zylo) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like Coupa and Ironclad.
Strong data hygiene instincts - you notice when records are off and fix them without being asked.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills; able to explain procurement processes to non-procurement stakeholders without jargon.
Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving team.
