As Germany’s largest provider of online lotteries through our brands LOTTO24 and Tipp24, and a trusted partner of Spain’s ONCE, the second-largest national lottery, we’re shaping the future of the lottery industry. We are passionate about driving innovation, as demonstrated by our newest brands, Freiheit+ and Traumhausverlosung, which bring fresh and exciting dreams to life. Additionally, through ZEAL Ventures, we invest in inspiring e-commerce start-ups like Omaze and DAYMADE, fueling fresh ideas and opportunities. Our team of 350+ professionals from diverse backgrounds is united by a visionary mindset, a passion for collaboration, and a commitment to inspire dreams. At ZEAL, we empower our people to think ambitiously and work together toward a shared purpose: helping people imagine and achieve their aspirations.   PURPOSE As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the development and continuous improvement of a digital consumer product. You will work cross-functionally to translate business goals and customer needs into clear product priorities, own the roadmap and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimisation. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape both the product and how it evolves over time.   YOUR TASKS: - Own the product vision, goals and roadmap, aligned with wider business objectives. - Translate business and customer needs into clear product problems, requirements and priorities. - Lead product discovery using customer insights, data, research and market analysis. - Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact, effort and long-term product goals. - Maintain a clear and actionable product backlog and ensure priorities are understood across the team. - Own initiatives end-to-end from discovery through delivery, launch and iteration. - Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing and other cross-functional teams. - Define and track relevant product and commercial KPIs to measure success. - Use data and customer feedback to identify opportunities and continuously improve the product. - Proactively manage dependencies, risks and blockers to keep delivery on track. - Act as the key product point of contact, creating alignment across teams and stakeholders.   WHAT YOU OFFER US: - 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within digital B2C or consumer-facing products. - Proven experience owning a digital product or significant product area end-to-end. - Strong experience with product discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritisation and agile delivery. - Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of customer, product and business metrics. - Data-driven approach with experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to make product decisions. - Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data and commercial teams. - Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across different functions and seniority levels. - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and significant ownership. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Experience with consumer growth, lifecycle or international digital products is a plus. WHAT WE OFFER YOU: - International working environment where your ideas and contributions can have a real impact. - A talented and supportive team with plenty of opportunity to take ownership and shape how we work. - €1,500 annual development budget to support your personal and professional growth. - A high level of trust and autonomy, giving you the freedom to own your work and make decisions. - Unlimited vacation days in addition to your yearly 30-day vacation allowance. - The opportunity to work temporarily from abroad with support through our WorkFlex platform.
