Job description

Functional Job Duties: • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain various types of production machines and facility equipment. • Perform troubleshooting and repairs that require experience including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic. • Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform maintenance and service. • Performs routine inspection on equipment and perform preventive maintenance. • Duties will require frequent activity with 480/277/208 3 phase • Coordinate and perform duties in a manner that controls downtime Qualifications: • High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience. • At least 3 years of prior manufacturing maintenance experience; strong electrical/industrial skills • Welder repair experience a plus • HVAC experience a plus • Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills • Working knowledge of computer and MS Office programs. Physical and Mental Requirements: • Must possess strong leadership, analytical thinking, effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with persons inside and outside of the company. • Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations related to job requirements. • Must be able to work under stress. • Must be able to handle multiple priorities. • Must be able to process paperwork effectively • Must be able to go up and down stairs. • Must be able to communicate effectively. • Must be able to do unaccompanied travel. • Must be able to tolerate shop environment and exposures associated with welding and industrial equipment manufacturing, and apply appropriate safety equipment when required. • Must be able to work overtime as required. • Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in company duties.
