Zoox is building fully autonomous, purpose-built robotaxis - and scaling the operations behind them demands precision workforce planning. As a Workforce Planning PM, you'll own the processes, governance, and analytics that keep Fleet Operations staffed, financially aligned, and ready to scale. You'll be the connective tissue between Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Operations, Finance, and Recruiting- turning workforce strategy into operational reality.
