The Product Team at Zoox works across the company to define and champion the “Human Experience." The team focuses on a wide range of products that collectively power a world-class customer experience, including areas like our mobile ride-hailing apps, pickup & drop off experience, and in-vehicle experience. In this role, you will lead both strategic and tactical layers - crafting a compelling product strategy, and multi-year roadmap while simultaneously owning and ensuring successful delivery with your product development team. As the Technical Product Manager - Data and Pricing Services for the Service Intelligence Platforms Team, you will work closely with the Data Science, Fleet Orchestration, and Business strategy teams to architect the backend services that power Zoox’s robotaxi fleet. Your goal is to translate company objectives into a clear, actionable roadmap for the technical teams building the mission-critical, intelligent infrastructure on which the company depends. You will own a portfolio of data science-driven backend services, focused on pricing and fleet-level optimization. This is a high impact role that sits at the intersection of marketplace economics, customer experience, technical implementation, and business strategy. As Zoox scales its commercial service this will be a high-profile role with visibility across the company.
