Job description

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer who is interested in joining a world-class sourcing team. This team will be tasked with scaling our talent pipeline and be a force multiplier for our recruiting team. In this role, you will help talent map and drive sourcing strategy for a diverse set of systems engineering roles. You will be given the independence and ownership to set strategy in pipeline building for the teams you support. This position requires an uncommon balance of teamwork, dedication, and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to act as an ambassador of the brand and have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment. Most importantly, you must have a genuine passion for the Zoox mission. We are looking for someone who has experience working on Manager and Leadership level hires for Technical Requisitions. Compensation This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $53 to $70 per hour and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.
