About the team: We are on a mission to build outstanding mobile experiences for our customers. You will join and lead a team of mobile engineers responsible for building customer-facing products across our native iOS and Android apps. The team works closely with Product, Design and Backend Engineering to take ideas from inception through to customers, with a strong focus on delivering experiences that feel at home on each platform. The company has the vision to become Britain’s best bank, and the app is our most important touch point with our customers. It needs to be performant, reliable and delightful to use. Our mobile apps are built natively using Swift and SwiftUI on iOS and Kotlin and Compose on Android, and we care deeply about creating experiences that are technically and visually empathetic to each platform. You will also be part of the wider Mobile community at Zopa, helping us maintain a high bar across our apps and contributing to shared standards and ways of working.
