  • Present sales, operations and financial data to the retailer's team during key meetings.
  • Support Sales in Line Review, JBP, forecasting and Buyer's meeting preparation.
  • Address requests from Sales, Commercial and Marketing teams regarding POS information.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate weekly and monthly POS reports, reviewing them with specific sales teams to surface actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and more timely communication of business performance.
  • Document key processes and best practices for sharing across teams.
  • Map inefficiencies and waste, then propose and implement scalable solutions.
  • Real ownership of retailer-level analysis from the start - your forecasts, P&Ls and insights will be used by senior leaders to make commercial decisions, not filed away.
  • Direct exposure to retail customers and to ZURU's Sales, Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams, building the commercial judgement and stakeholder skills that take most analysts years to develop.
  • Hands-on development of your analytical toolkit - SQL, data visualisation, forecasting and P&L analysis.
  • Exposure to an ever-expanding and far-reaching business across a wide variety of sectors and industry groups, giving you a first-hand view of market practices, challenges and trends, and how data drives decisions across a global business.

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. Please note this role is based in-person in our LA office.
