Career Memory
Capture a win before the details disappear.
Keep your own words, the action you took, the outcome, and any source together. Unknown details stay unknown until you confirm them.

Do it with the screen open
Three steps, one calm handoff.
Step 1Open this screenOpen Capture a win
Start with a short title and the date. Write the story in the language you would use with a trusted colleague.
You should see: The form is clearly marked private and user-confirmed only after you choose Save.
Step 2Use the guided questions
Add what you did, what changed, and how it was measured. Leave a number blank when you do not know it.
You should see: The fields remain separate so a proposal cannot quietly become a fact.
Step 3Review before saving
Read the story, action, outcome, and skills together. You can correct the wording before it enters your private Career Memory.
You should see: A success message names the private record that was saved, or an actionable error says nothing changed.
If the path breaks
If you are not ready, leave the form and return to Today; do not invent a missing metric to finish.
The help center never asks for a private source in a public form.
