A match view compares a job's needs with evidence you have saved. It does not predict whether an employer will hire you.

   Step 2: Read the job's needs. Check each requirement against the original listing. A missing requirement is different from a confirmed match.

   Step 3: Open the supporting evidence. Review which of your records supports each need, and whether it is strong enough.

   Step 4: Work on one gap. Add a relevant source or prepare an honest explanation. Counts only describe the requirements shown; they are not a hiring score.

If no reviewed comparison is available, read the listing and your evidence directly. Never fill a gap with invented experience.
