Career Growth
Prepare for an interview with your own evidence in reach.
Turn a saved role and your confirmed records into questions, practice prompts, and a debrief you can reuse after the conversation.

Visual guide
Follow the numbered steps. Each one tells you what should be visible before you continue.
- 1Open the interview thread
- 2Practice a grounded story
- 3Debrief while it is fresh
Do it with the screen open
Three steps, one calm handoff.
Step 1Open this screenOpen the interview thread
Start from the application or interview queue so the role context stays attached to the preparation.
You should see: You see the role, interview stage, and one next preparation action.
Step 2Practice a grounded story
Use action, outcome, context, and source. If a number is not in your record, say so and make it a follow-up question.
You should see: Practice notes stay private and separate from confirmed Career Memory.
Step 3Debrief while it is fresh
Capture what you learned, what was asked, and what you want to improve. You choose whether a note becomes a new proposal.
You should see: The debrief has a clear saved, blocked, or retry state; it never pretends to be a result.
If the path breaks
If an interview is rescheduled or withdrawn, update the private status and keep the notes recoverable.
The help center never asks for a private source in a public form.
