Stop paying

Use the billing portal to cancel renewal. Read the effective date before confirming.

   Step 1: Open billing settings. Check which plan is active and the paid-through date.Open this screen

   Step 2: Open Manage or cancel in Stripe. The control appears when an active paid plan can be managed.

   Step 3: Review cancellation. Follow Stripe's cancellation steps and read when the change takes effect.

   Step 4: Confirm the account status. Return to MeritLog and check billing again. A plan change does not delete Career Memory.

If you are already on Free, there is no paid plan to cancel. Contact support if the portal cannot open or its status disagrees with your receipt.
