Job Search
Watch the right companies without broadcasting your search.
Follow public company records and choose how alert emails behave. Following is private; nothing notifies the company.
For quiet watching and active searches alike

Visual guide
Follow the numbered steps. Each one tells you what should be visible before you continue.
- 1Follow a company
- 2Set the alert boundary
- 3Act from the digest
Do it with the screen open
Three steps, one calm handoff.
Step 1Open this screenFollow a company
Open Companies and follow the ones you would actually consider. The record stays a public-data view, not a profile you expose.
You should see: The followed company shows a private badge and an unfollow path.
Step 2Open this screenSet the alert boundary
In Alerts, choose whether matching roles arrive by email and how often. Consent for alert email is separate and revocable.
You should see: The alert preference states its own on, off, and frequency plainly.
Step 3Act from the digest
When a match arrives, open it in your workspace, then save or dismiss it. The email never applies or replies for you.
You should see: Each alert links back to a reviewable role with a clear next step.
If the path breaks
If alerts feel noisy, lower the frequency or revoke the alert-email consent in Settings; following continues silently.
The help center never asks for a private source in a public form.
