Follow a company in MeritLog. See its jobs that match your search. Your follow stays private. The company gets no notice.

   Step 1: Follow a company. Open Companies and follow the ones where you may want to work. You see public data. They do not see a profile of you.You should see: The page marks your choice as private and lets you unfollow.Open this screen

   Step 2: Choose your alerts. In Alerts, choose how often to check for matching jobs. Email stays off until you consent, confirm your email, and the email service passes its launch checks.You should see: You can see if alerts are on, how often they run, and how they reach you.Open this screen

   Step 3: Act from Alerts. When a match appears in MeritLog, open it in your workspace, then save or dismiss it. No alert applies or replies for you.You should see: Each alert links to a job you can review, with a clear next step.

Too many alerts? Choose fewer emails or turn them off. Your private follow stays on.
